I've learned that real transformation happens through being witnessed by another human being who truly cares and believes in you.

Cookie-cutter approaches don't work because you're not a cookie! We'll figure out what specifically works for your brain, your life, your goals. This is your journey — I'm just here to help you navigate it.

My approach

I blend evidence-based therapy with a down-to-earth, whole-person perspective. Every session is tailored to what you need right now, drawing from:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness & Acceptance approaches

  • Narrative Therapy

I work with individuals aged 18–45 and hold a Master's in Counselling. Sessions available in-person in Mount Maunganui or online.
