Instead of fixating on your faults, you will learn how to be your most authentic and compassionate self. You’ll begin to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life that works for you.
I take an evidence-based and whole-person approach tailored to your individual needs and concerns. You are in the driver’s seat, and I am simply the co-pilot here to help you achieve your goals.

My story

I am empathetic, enthusiastic about what I do, and have a warm-hearted and personable personality. I am easy to talk to and am genuinely committed to helping people make meaningful change.
I was raised a happy, energetic kid, but underneath the surface, I was dealing with my own mental health struggles and with life-threatening health conditions. From a young age, I almost had to become a “practical counsellor” because I had to make sense of my own suffering and turn it into something meaningful. This made me sensitive to others suffering, and made me want to help others where I could.
However, like all good stories, my life hasn’t been a straight line. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in the marketing and sales world. I worked as the Microsoft representative for the region, and as a business development manager at MediaWorks and Drake Recruitment until finally… the lightbulb found the socket in counselling. However, my favourite job was my first job out of high school working as a surf instructor for Mount Surf Shop. Those were some fun days!
Fast-forward to today, and I truly love what I do. In my private practice, I work with individuals just like you who are seeking to create meaningful change. Outside of work, I love surfing, reading, and spending time in nature with my partner. I also have a passion for travel, personal growth, and everything related to comedy.
